Refund Policy
A hard copy will be available upon request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original manufacturer's packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that returns of non-faulty items will be at your own cost.
To start a return, you can contact us at ankisharma0079@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns declaration form, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In these circumstances, it's best to keep hold of all packaging just to be sure.
Please do not throw away any product which has been damaged during delivery or that appears to be faulty, doing so may affect your refund or replacement.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you have changed your mind, the product can be returned back to us for either a refund or exchange, this will be at your own cost. products being exchanged or returned must be unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original manufacturers packaging. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refunds for Shopify payments customers will appear in their account within 10 working days. Refunds for PayPal customers may take up to 30 days.

Delivery options: worldwide shipping allowed but due to covid-19, delays and restrictions will need to be accounted for.
